Well situated in a cul-de-sac on the headland which forms the eastern side of the Bay, this three bedroomed villa is spacious, cool and well designed. There are undisturbed sea views, and steps close by lead directly down to a small secluded beach, just to the east of the main beach. A short walk away are some steps which go down to the main bay. There is a carefully planted neat garden all round the villa.

A stone arched porch opens to a reception hall leading to the sea-facing living/ dining room with fireplace, T.V., fan and open plan wellequipped fitted kitchen. French windows open onto the spacious covered verandah facing the sea. There are three bedrooms all air conditioned with built-in cupboards. One of these has a double as well as a single bed whilst the other two are twin bedded. There is a full bathroom (bath, basin, w.c.) and a second bathroom with shower, basin and w.c.
